Due to continued “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” mandates, Mountain View Church is ONLINE until further notice.
 

On May 27, 2020, Governor Jay Inslee announced Washington State’s plan for restarting religious and faith-based services for Phases 1 and 2 of Washington’s “Safe Start” reopening plan. The state requirements that churches need to meet prior to meeting inside or outside the building can be found at https://www.governor.wa.gov/sites/default/files/COVID19Phase1and2ReligiousAndFaithBasedGuidance.pdf.

On June 2, 2020, the Mountain View Church Board approved a Reopening Plan. The following is a summary of the Mountain View Church of the Nazarene Phase 2 Church Reopening Plan:

  • Offsite gatherings permitted with full compliance to WA State and WAPAC Church of the Nazarene requirements.
  • Drive-in, Drive-through, and virtual ministries continue as allowed, following current WA State and WAPAC Church of the Nazarene requirements.
  • Planning, facility preparation, and volunteer training in place to support future outdoors and onsite gatherings compliant with WA State and WAPAC Church of the Nazarene requirements.
  • MVC Board is discussing Phase 2 onsite gatherings, with updates announced when decisions are made.
